This is a full-time on-site role for a Training & Development Specialist at Sayarah in Bengaluru. The role involves tasks such as developing training materials, designing instructional programs, delivering training sessions, and creating curriculum for motorcycle enthusiasts. Oversees the support team, sets goals, and ensures excellent customer service. Provides insights on support performance, customer behaviour, and identifies areas for improvement. Collects, analyze, and acts to improve products and services. Creates, updates, and maintains a comprehensive knowledge base for agents and customers. Oversees company strategy, content direction and team management. Builds and engages with customer communities, forums, or discussion boards. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
· Training & Development, Instructional Design, and Curriculum Development skills
· Strong Communication skills
· Experience in conducting training sessions
· Ability to develop engaging and effective training programs
· Attention to detail and organizational skills
· Knowledge of AUTOMOIVE industry trends and riding styles is a plus
· Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, or related field
